To enable us to provide you with an advance using MyPayNow, we will access:

  • date of birth;
  • your email address;
  • your telephone number;
  • bank statement
  • drivers license, Medicare card or Australian passport

This is the information we need to process your requests. Nothing more.

The information you supply to MyPayNow is protected through state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any data we are required to store is done so in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Why do you need my bank details?

MyPayNow needs your bank account details to confirm that you are employed and receive a regular wage. Without this confirmation, we are unable to provide access to our service.
Can MyPayNow see my bank account login details

No. MyPayNow only has access to read your bank statement. We don’t have access to your login details.
Is MyPayNow secure?

Yes! We use encryption and choose suppliers that hold the highest levels of security, just like your own bank would use.
What identification documents do you accept?

Currently the system will only accept an open drivers licence, Medicare card or Australian passport. We cannot accept proof of age cards or a learners licence.
